On June 25, 2008, Dennis will begin his first priestly assignment.

adoro and MJ,
thanks for the prayers

we've been 'receptioned out' and theirs one more tis eve

then first mass and another reception tomorrow afternoon

if he holds up so will i

we've been serving as chauffeur for Fr Ken Davis, OFM, from St Meinrad seminary, and Miss Dawn Eden of the Dawn Patrol and the 'Thrill of the Chaste' acclaim, here from Washington DC.

I hope we're helping them all adequately. airport runs and ordination events and side trip to Beale Street and to see the mighty Mississippi River. just hope we all hold up through all of the excitement.

I am Dennis' uncle jim - identical twin brother to Dennis' father. I sure have been getting my share of hugs and congratulatory remarks. lots of fun watching their faces when they find out they just showered a stranger with hugs and kisses.
