My Way Sunday
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
An exciting event:
Father Dennis Schenkel will offer his first Mass today.
. . . . . . . . . .
A Mass of thanksgiving will be offered at St. Louis Parish, his home parish here in Memphis, at 2pm local time. The parish of St. Louis will also be his first assignment as a parish priest.
. . . . . . . . . .I do have some pictures from the ordination yesterday. However, I've apparently never loaded any camera software to my lap-top and have been unable to transfer them at this time. I'll do so on my return home.

Congratulations to the new priest, and to the whole family. That is really so wonderful!
Congrats to Father Dennis!
Jim, if you connect your camera to the computer and (assuming it's a laptop running Windows) open "My Computer", you should see the camera show up as if it were a disk drive, even without special camera software on the laptop.

What a wonderful blessing for your family and for all of us. Give my kind regards to my "nephew" and be assured that he will be remembered joyfully in my prayers.
